My names Jordon and I’m the founder of Daily Cross Co.
I’ve been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2011 when I started working the front desk of a local gym. Not long after that I began my career as a health coach and personal trainer.
Over the last 13 years I’ve compiled all of the fancy degrees and certifications that come with the territory…

But more importantly I’ve worked 1:1 with several hundred clients ranging from business owners and entrepreneurs, to high school and collegiate athletes, to NPC bodybuilders, to state champion powerlifters, and even Pennsylvania’s Strongest Man.
I also worked as a Fitness Director and helped grand open a 30,000 square foot facility— where I grew a team of 3 personal trainers into 13.
All in all I’ve helped over a thousand people get the help they need through personal training, wellness consultations, or coaching.
Not to mention I also put myself through more physical transformations than I can even recall at this point— accomplishing sub 7% body fat, gaining over 50 pounds of muscle, and bolstering a 365 pound bench press, 460 pound squat, and 505 pound deadlift in powerlifting.
But, before you give me too much credit, let me get vulnerable with you…
You might think that as a fitness professional I figured out this health thing and it’s been smooth sailing for me ever since.
That’s not the case.
Just like you, there have been multiple periods over the last decade that I’ve fallen off the wagon.
Life gets busy… Priorities shift… Habits fade.
Not long ago I found myself living in a constant state of stress. This was brought on by never ending sales quotas, managing a large team, and a tragedy in my personal life.
I was a guy working 10-12 hours per day in a gym, yet barely devoting an hour a week for my own workouts.
Barely eating during the day… stress and binge eating at night.
For the first time in my life I legitimately felt like a fraud. People were paying me money to help them with their health and fitness and I couldn’t even help myself.
Not to mention that I was an inconsistent church goer whose Bible was covered in dust.
But eventually I hit my breaking point…
I stopped feeling sorry for myself and started digging myself out of the hole I created.
I started by getting my Bible off the shelf… and coupled that with better eating habits and consistent workouts.
All the things that I knew I should be doing, but couldn’t bring myself to do.
In about 120 days I shredded off over 30 pounds of body fat and was well on my way to getting back into the best shape of my life.
… And not just physically.
I’ve found that my physical health is almost always a direct reflection of my mental and spiritual health. It’s difficult to take care of the body without taking care of the mind and vice versa.
